Paula Fearon

Paula is a Partner in McCann FitzGerald LLP and Head of the Project Services Group who specialise in the deployment of legal technology and data interrogation projects.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and spent many years as a commercial litigator in the firm, Paula has built up an extensive knowledge of the law and practice in ediscovery, disclosures, privilege, investigations and document analysis.

Paula advises on discovery and investigations strategy, privilege issues, document review protocols, workflows and processes. She is an experienced legal project manager and coordinates large-scale projects from document identification and preservation stage through to production.

Paula has an in-depth technical knowledge of eDiscovery platforms, analytics tools and other legal technology. Paula and her team spearhead the piloting, testing and deployment of GenAI within McCann FitzGerald LLP.
