Christina is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer in the employment team at Withers LLP, a role she has held since 2008. She provides employment advice, technical know-how, training and commentary on employment law for colleagues and clients and knowledge management services within the firm. She also works directly with a number of the firm's clients, particularly on new legal developments and acts as a sounding board to colleagues on a wide range of matters. She has a particular interest in discrimination law and in the charity sector, for which she acted as a partner in private practice. She previously performed a similar knowledge management role at DAC Beachcroft and has since 2011 sat as a fee paid employment judge in the London South region. She is also an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator.
