Alex Parkhouse

Alex is a U.S.-qualified securities and capital markets partner at Hogan Lovells. He has extensive experience acting on cross-border capital markets transactions, including Rule 144A/Reg S transactions, private placements and offerings registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Alex advises on the full suite of ECM products, including IPOs, follow-on offerings (primary and secondary), block trades and accelerated bookbuilds, among others. He also has significant experience advising on complex carve out transactions and spin offs, as well as on public mergers and acquisitions, such as schemes of arrangement, tender offers and exchange offers, involving both U.S.-listed and non-U.S.-listed clients.
