Andrew Wilson-Bushell

Andrew is a solicitor with a background in commercial and technology law, with a particular focus on the media and entertainment sectors. He trained at Burges Salmon LLP and qualified into their Commercial team, before joining media and entertainment law firm Simkins. Prior to joining LexisNexis as a Professional Support Lawyer in 2025, Andrew advised a wide range of clients on non-contentious commercial matters, including businesses in the advertising, music, event and hospitality, and software sectors. In addition to commercial contracting, Andrew’s practice focused on emerging technologies, such as AI, Web3 and adtech issues. He was recognised in The Legal 500 UK Guide 2025 for his work in TMT: Media (Music and Digital Content & Social) and has been published widely in legal journals as well as legal and national press.
