Prasanth Raju
Prasanth Raju is a practising Counsel and Advocate before the Bombay High Court and Supreme Court of India. Before venturing into litigation and arbitration, his 12+ years non-litigating diverse expertise across technology, Business Strategy, Venture Capital investments etc enriched him with diverse skill set and unique perspectives. Having qualified as Engineer in Electrical and Electronics stream and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to Masters in Business Administration) from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, he acquired LLB from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai and enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa to practice Indian Law. Actively involved in handling indirect taxation matters regarding Goods and Service tax, Customs Act apart from handling Economic Offences Crimes, Arbitration, Family law, Mediation, Employment related litigation etc.
Key recognitions include being selected from IIM Bangalore to interact with Warren Buffett, the Oracle of Omaha, selected through a competitive process to attend the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) in Seoul, South Korea and selected among the top 100 global students to participate in South American Business Forum in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Received Gold Medal and Prathibha Award for excellence in academics from Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
