Eko Basyuni
Eko is the head of our Corporate/M&A practice group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as advising on international joint ventures, competitive bids and private sales, disposals of private and publicly listed companies, foreign direct investment, major mergers, and corporate restructurings.
He regularly advises multinational and international companies across an array of sectors, including healthcare mining and energy, ICT, plantations, banking, oil and gas, retail, broadcasting, telecommunications and infrastructure.
