Eko is the Head of the Corporate/M&A practice group at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, and regularly advises on international joint ventures, competitive bids, private acquisitions and disposals, foreign direct investment, major mergers, and corporate restructurings.
