Amy Callahan-Page

Senior Associate
A procurement dispute and litigation specialist, Amy leads Anthony Collins Solicitors’ procurement dispute offering. She regularly advises and represents organisations in the health and social care, local authority, housing and charity sectors to achieve commercial and cost-effective outcomes.

Having worked as a complex contract and commercial disputes lawyer (including reputational management work) before specialising in procurement disputes, she has a strong commercial understanding that enables her to advise holistically, helping to balance strategic objectives and risks that might arise in public procurement processes.

Amy advises and acts for clients in relation to disputes and risks arising under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Procurement Act 2023 and Provider Selection Regime for healthcare procurement. As well as representing clients in bringing and defending procurement challenges, she has extensive knowledge of the risks and issues that can arise during procurement processes and in managing subsequent commercial, financial and relationship concerns. As a result, she regularly provides ongoing advice and strategic support to clients after contracts have been awarded.

Amy regularly acts for interested parties to support applications by defendant contracting authorities to secure orders lifting the automatic suspension. Recent cases include Millbrook Healthcare Limited v Devon County Council [2025] EWHC 744 (TCC), One Medicare t/a One Primary Care LLP v NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board [2025] EWHC 63 (TCC) and Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd v The Mayor and Burgesses of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea [2022] EWHC 3293 (TCC).
