Alexandra focuses on advising companies investing and operating in energy, sustainable development and natural resource sectors. Over the past 14 years, Alexandra has represented clients on some of their most significant transactions in the energy sector, with a focus on joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on matters related to carbon capture and storage and voluntary carbon offsets. The Legal 500 EMEA 2024 recognized Alexandra for “considerable knowledge of environmental and regulatory matters and is noted for her work on carbon capture, storage and voluntary carbon offset endeavours”. Alexandra was the winner of Euromoney’s Expert Guides’ Europe Rising Star Awards for the Energy and Natural Resources category in 2021. She is a regular contributor to legal publications and has been recognized for her knowledge in environmental and regulatory matters.
