She is a member of the Start-up and Fast Growth Companies team at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP, advising on funding and investment rounds, shareholders’ agreements, co-founder vesting arrangements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and employee share option plans (ESOPs).
