Maïté has been a partner at DELCADE since January 2022 and is a member of the Corporate / Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring team.
With 25 years of experience, her expertise covers private equity (venture capital, development capital, turnaround and transfer), mergers and acquisitions (buyer, seller; audit, transaction, financing) and restructuring (distressed M&A). She regularly advises French and international groups, listed and unlisted, institutional investors, funds, SMEs and small and medium-sized enterprises in all sectors, with a particular expertise in assisting growing companies. Maïté has in-depth knowledge of equity transactions and assists managers, shareholders, large groups and SMEs in their exit transactions, acquisitions by competitors, external growth, joint ventures, carve-outs, spin-offs or capital restructuring.
A lawyer since 1995, Maïté has worked for French (Sonier Poulain, Kahn, Earth Avocats) and Anglo-Saxon (E&Y, Proskauer) law firms and created her own structure in September 2011 with leading partners in France and abroad. Maïté holds a DEA in Economics & Business Law (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and is a graduate of UCLA School of Law, Berkeley School of Business and the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales. She is recognised in her areas of expertise by rankings such as Décideurs/Leaders League and BestLawyers. Outside the firm, she is a founding member of TMA France (Association of Restructuring and Turnaround Professionals) and a member of the Centre des Professions Financières.
Maïté is a certified mediator, a graduate of IFOMENE and an accredited mediator in Anglo-Saxon mediation (CEDR). She also works as an independent administrator for medium-sized, innovative and growing companies.
