Theo is a barrister practising in commercial and chancery litigation and specialising in IP litigation. He has a broad experience litigating patent, trade mark, and copyright matters before the Superior Courts and has acted for leading pharmaceutical companies, broadcasters, and other IP owners.
 
Theo holds an LL.B. in Law and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and an M.A. in UK, EU and US Copyright Law from King’s College London. He was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2016.
