Hannah Potter
Hannah Potter is an intellectual property lawyer in DLA Piper's London office, advising clients on all aspects of brand protection (including trade mark and copyright), advertising and IP licensing law.
Hannah works across a range of sectors including Consumer Goods, Foods and Retail and Media, Sport and Entertainment, and in relation to both advisory and contentious intellectual property matters.
Hannah has previously been seconded to Unilever and HSBC, where she advised on various intellectual property and commercial matters. She is also a leading member of DLA Piper's Women in Sport initiative.
In particular, Hannah has advised across a range of matters for various clients including acting for a luxury fashion brand in relation to advertising and prize promotions; representing major global sporting brands and well-known food and beverage businesses in relation to their brand protection monitoring and enforcement; and advising on environmental advertising regulation relating to new product launches of a leading manufacturing business.
