Keara McGinley

Keara is an associate in the Commercial Litigation team at Browne Jacobson’s Dublin office. Since joining the firm, she has developed extensive expertise across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, encompassing intellectual property law, employment law, product liability law, competition law, corporate governance matters and compliance issues.
 
Keara regularly advises both domestic and international clients spanning diverse sectors, including international automotive manufacturers, food manufacturers, technology distributors, equipment manufacturers, and retail brands. Her practice encompasses advising on complex product liability cases, employment disputes, shareholder disputes, and insurance-related litigation across various industries.
 
Keara recently obtained a diploma with distinction in Insurance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
