Keara McGinley

Keara is an associate on the Commercial Litigation team at Browne Jacobson’s Dublin office. Since joining the firm, she has worked on a range of commercial disputes, including in the areas of intellectual property law, competition law, and disputes in relation to corporate governance and compliance matters.
 
Keara has advised on a variety of domestic and international clients, including international food manufacturers, technology distributors, equipment manufacturers and retail brands, to name but a few.
 
She has extensive experience in litigation, prior to joining Browne Jacobson she trained and worked in a boutique firm specialising in personal injury and healthcare litigation. She has represented clients at all levels such as District Court, Circuit Court & High Court and acted for clients through mediation.
 
Keara has recently obtained a diploma with distinction in Insurance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
