Thomas Leister supports German and foreign companies in all matters relating to individual and collective employment law. He has a particular focus on developing strategic concepts for companies in the recruitment industry.
In particular, he advises on workforce solutions (platform work, PEO, EOR, agile work, etc.), employee leasing, independent contractors, HR compliance and cross-border contingent workforce management projects (MSP, RPO).
His practice also focuses on business transformation including transactions, transfers of undertakings, and structuring flexible work environments (remote work, hybrid work), Thomas advises his clients on all aspects of industrial constitution and collective bargaining law as well as employment law in relation to insolvencies.
