Addie Ugbenne

Addie has wide-ranging experience of international debt capital markets transactions and regulation. She qualified as a solicitor with Clifford Chance LLP and subsequently gained in-house experience at several banks . Addie has a solid advocacy track record at trade association and regulator level on DCM matters, including as a member of several ICMA and ICMSA working groups, the bond market sub-group of the BoE/FCA RFR working group and advising London Stock Exchange on the establishment of, and drafting the Rulebook for, the International Securities Market (ISM). Addie was a Senior Knowledge Lawyer in the international capital markets department of Allen & Overy LLP (now A&O Shearman) for 17 years prior to joining LexisNexis® where her areas of focus are Banking & Finance and Financial Services.
