Luis Astorga

Luis E. Astorga Díaz graduated from La Salle University – Mexico Law School in 2017, and he is currently an associate of OLIVARES Corporate and Commercial Law Group. Mr. Díaz specialises in corporate M&A transactional structuring and execution. His practice is mainly focused on assisting foreign and local clients with cross-border corporate and commercial law issues, competition law, including merger control and pricing practices, as well as compliance in areas such as foreign investment, corporate social responsibility, privacy, antitrust and anticorruption.
