Senior Associate, Baker McKenzie

Julia is a senior IP associate at Baker McKenzie, with extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious IP and commercial law and a particular focus on contentious soft IP issues. She advises a variety of clients in the luxury goods, electronics, clothing, cosmetic, automobile and pharmaceutical industries on trade mark, design and copyright issues, and runs a number of anti-counterfeiting programmes, including the EMEA anti-counterfeiting programme for a global electronics company. She has acted before the High Court, Court of Appeal and EPO on copyright, trade mark, design right and patent disputes. She also teaches on the Oxford University Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law.
