Helen Tung is an arbitrator, mediator, barrister and teaching fellow with over 18 years of strategic legal experience in various fields, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, maritime and shipping, space, ESG, construction, employment, projects, and corporate and regulatory matters. She is a qualified barrister in England and Wales, a former DIFC practitioner, current registered practitioner of Abu Dhabi Global Markets, and a foreign registered lawyer in Victoria, Australia. She is also a teaching fellow at The College of Law Australia, where she shares her expertise in international arbitration. Helen has represented various industry stakeholders at international organizations, such as the International Maritime Organization, the United Nations Office of Outer Space, and the International Telecommunication Union. As Founder of NewSpace2060, she assists many newspace startups and companies and is also a regular arbitrator for international mooting competitions
