• Advising clients on the UK regulatory framework, including authorisation requirements under Part 4A FSMA;
• Advising clients on providing insurance cover in the UK on non-admitted basis and financial promotion restrictions;
• Drafting and reviewing Terms of Business Agreements, Introducer Agreements, Claims Management Agreements, Insurance Policies etc.; and
• Acting for clients on the acquisition of insurance intermediaries and other general corporate matters.
