Marija Nonkovic
Marija is an Associate at Kemp IT Law, focussing on technology and data privacy. She has experience advising enterprises on a variety of commercial matters including software procurement, software-as-a-service and implementation of innovative technologies. Marija also advises on a broad range of data privacy issues such as data sharing and processing agreements, international data transfers and information and data governance.
She has a particular interest in the legal aspects of the fast-developing digital economy, which she regularly writes about for the firm’s blog. She has been published on LexisNexis and IT Law Today.
Marija trained at Burges Salmon, qualifying into the firm’s Commercial team in January 2023. Her broader experience includes non-contentious IP, IT outsourcing and commercial contracts.
