John Kearns

John is a senior associate in Dentons' Dublin office. He is a member of the Finance practice with experience advising on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions, including securitizations across various asset classes.
 
John has previously acted for European and US financial institutions, blue chip corporates and international investment banks and was previously seconded to the corporate investment banking department of a major European financial institution.
 
John joined Dentons from Simmons & Simmons in Dubai, having also worked at Arthur Cox for almost six years.
