Haleem has over 20 years of experience advising clients across a variety of sectors in the full range of their commercial and dispute resolution requirements. Haleem's experience obtained from acting for an impressive client list in numerous high-profile cases and transactions, spans both commercial transactions and litigation and encompasses all areas of dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
Since Haleem’s arrival in Oman in June 2009 he has rapidly become a trusted advisor to many high-net-worth client groups, leading banks, international corporations, and government-owned corporations within Oman and across the GCC region. He has since been assisting these clients with legal counselling in various complex commercial, construction, corporate matters, civil claims, real estate transactions, and providing legal representation in related dispute resolution matters.
In addition to advising and acting for clients in complex commercial and construction disputes, Haleem is frequently appointed as party-nominated arbitrator and chairperson of arbitral tribunals.
