Amy-Rose is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. 
 
Amy-Rose acts for clients including private companies, PLC's and high net worth individuals. She has experience resolving broad range of complex commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, contentious procurement matters and providing crisis response and risk mitigation advice.
 
A focus of Amy-Rose's practice is in fraud and cybersecurity disputes. In particular, she assists clients with investigatory work, as well as advising on incident response following a cyber-attack including ransomware demand and legal action by/against third parties such as freezing injunctions or claims arising out of data breaches.
