Nick is a specialist environmental lawyer with over a decade of experience advising on all aspects of environmental compliance. A key part of his practice is supporting with environmental investigations and prosecutions in respect of which he regularly advises companies on their environment obligations, provides incident response advice and supports with regulatory investigations.
Alongside his environmental practice Nick is also a specialist water industry regulatory lawyer. Nick is a member of the UK Environmental Lawyers Association.
