
Dilpreet K Dhanoa is a barrister practicing from Field Court Tax Chambers. She has a diverse practice in Revenue law across both indirect and direct taxes, nationally and internationally. She advises and represents a wide array of clients on tax-related matters, in addition to undertaking commercial litigation. She has appeared in all levels of Court up to the Court of Appeal as well as arbitrations. Dilpreet holds an MSc in Tax Law from the University of Oxford and is also a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser.
Prior to joining Field Court Tax Chambers Dilpreet worked in private practice in the Middle East in international arbitration and litigation, focusing on commercial disputes and advising extensively on VAT in the region. Before coming to the Bar, she worked for one of the Big Four professional services firms in the Tax team where she advised clients on a variety of indirect and cross-border taxation issues. She focused on the Financial Services, Property, Construction and Investment Funds sectors.
Dilpreet is a contributor to a variety of tax publications, including the British Tax Review, Tax Journal and Taxation, and is regularly invited to speak at tax and arbitration conferences. She is a chapter editor for Gammie & De Souza on Land Taxation and also sits on the Advisory Boards of Oxford Women in Law, Young ITA and H&I on European Taxation.
