I11.353 Appeal to the Supreme Court

An appeal to the Supreme Court from the Court of Appeal lies only with the leave of that court or the leave of the Supreme Court1. Leave of the Court of Appeal must be sought after judgment is given. If leave is then refused, the would-be appellant must make an application for permission to appeal from the Supreme Court in writing within 28 days of the Court of Appeal order being made.
