I11.332 Hearings

The directions made by the Tribunal will probably include provisions for listing a hearing including, where appropriate, a provision for parties to provide their dates to avoid, ie the dates upon which they would be unavailable to attend a hearing. The Tribunal may also consider whether or not a matter could be dealt with without a hearing1.

The Tribunal must give each party reasonable notice of the time and place of any hearing. In relation to any hearing to consider the disposal of the proceedings the notice must be at least 14 days unless the parties consent or
