D8.322 Qualifying issuing companies—number of employees requirement

For shares issued on or after 19 July 20071 an issuing company which is a single company must have less than 50 full-time equivalent employees when the relevant shares are issued2. Where the issuing company is a parent company, the total number of full-time equivalent employees of itself and its qualifying subsidiaries must be less than 50 at that time3.
