D8.316 Qualifying issuing companies—unquoted status requirement

Regardless of where the issuing company is resident, its shares, debentures or other securities must not be1:

  1.  

    (a)     listed on a recognised stock exchange2

  2.  

    (b)     listed on a designated exchange outside the UK; or

  3.  

    (c)     dealt in outside the UK by any designated means
