9.2     Non-disclosure agreement

Based on the Article No. 23 of China's labour contract law, the employer can agree the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the employee when signing the employment contract.

During the period from end of the employment to the end of NDA period, the employer should pay an economic compensation to the employee on monthly basis.

If the employee violates the NDA agreement, they are obligated to pay a penalty to the employer.

The NDA term is limited to senior managerial personnel, senior technicians and those who have an obligation of secrecy.
