9. Employment law
In accordance with China's labour law, the following articles deserve a close attention when hiring an employee working in China.
9.1 Probation period
Based on the Article No. 19 of China's labour contract law, the employer can only agree the probation period to the employee once.
In the situation that the employment contract is on a project basis or the length of the employment contract does not last for more than three months, it is not allowed to agree upon the probation period.
