V1.282 Complaint to Member of Parliament

A person aggrieved with the decision of an officer of the Commissioners may complain to their Member of Parliament. The MP may deal with the matter directly by asking a parliamentary question1, or may refer the matter to the Parliamentary Ombudsman2.
