With a background in engineering and over 16 years at Tolley, Nic has become a 'tax person' in all but qualification. Nic is a frequent speaker at industry webinars, sharing his deep insights into generative AI's impact on tax practices and actively contributes to the ATT’s Members and Business Development Steering Group. Nic is renowned for his strategic vision and leadership, bridging technology and tax expertise to foster strong collaborations across departments.

Hayley McKelvey

Hayley is the Tax and Legal Digital Innovation leader for Deloitte. She is deeply interested in what the evolution of technology (in particular AI), Tax Administration 3.0 and an increasingly complex legislative and regulatory framework means for her clients (and indeed for Professional Services!)

She is an ACA and CTA by background. In a 20+ year career at Deloitte she has trained in Audit, moved into Tax; spending many years working in employment and expatriate tax and also set up Deloitte’s Payroll and Workforce Management business. As Digital Innovation Leader, she particularly enjoys the complexities, ambiguities, and fast pace of an increasingly AI enabled workplace. She brings innovation and creative vision to her clients to solve the most complex of challenges, leveraging cutting-edge technology to re-imagine how Tax functions operate.

Georgiana Head

Georgiana Head earned both her graduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of London before training in taxation with Price Waterhouse—where she completed her ATT exams—and beginning her career at HMRC’s Capital Taxes Office. With over two decades’ experience in specialist tax recruitment, including founding Georgiana Head Recruitment Ltd in 2007, she combines entrepreneurial insight with deep sector knowledge.

Georgiana also plays a leading role in the profession as a committee member of Women in Tax, Chair of the ATT’s Members and Business Development Steering Group, and a member of both the CIOT’s Diploma in Tax Technology Steering Group and the ATT/CIOT’s EDI Committee.
