LexisNexis Adds to Cordery Compliance Service
Cordery Consulting Service and Compliance Healthcheck now available
LONDON, 10 January 2013 – LexisNexis UK (www.lexisnexis.co.uk), a leading provider of content and technology solutions, today announced two additions to its Cordery Compliance Service: Cordery Consulting Services and Compliance Healthcheck. The additions are set against a backdrop of increased regulation in the legal services delivery, including new outcomes-focused regulation and requirements for appointed COLPs and COFAs.
The Compliance Healthcheck is a simple and effective way for solicitors to find out whether they need to do anything more to comply with regulatory rules. By filling in a smart questionnaire and returning it to Cordery Compliance, solicitors will receive a written report within 14 days to help them understand their firm’s compliance strengths and weaknesses and exactly what they need to do to be compliant.
Robert Sanderson, LexisNexis UK compliance spokesperson, commented: “Cordery Consulting Service and Compliance Healthcheck offer a cost-effective solution for solicitors to check that they are on the right side of the rules. The launch of these two new services is part of the LexisNexis suite of compliance services. We know that not all solicitors have prepared for the new rules, and we have responded by bringing these new services to the legal market.”
Cordery Consulting Services provide face to face expert support to solicitors across England and Wales to help them comply with the SRA Handbook.
