Contractor

    Any Funder, Purchaser or Tenant whose name, address and interest has been notified to the Contractor, by or on behalf of the Employer by way of a notice in substantially the form set out in Appendix [insert reference to the form of third party rights notice], is entitled to enforce the terms set out in Appendix [insert reference to the third party rights schedule], in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 from the date of such notice.
