IP COMPLETION DAY: 11pm (GMT) on 31 December 2020 marks the end of the Brexit transition/implementation period entered into following the UK’s withdrawal from the EU. The Client will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (which will prevail over any other terms and conditions put forward by the Client), when any of the following events occurs:
the Client requests the Agency to Introduce a Candidate for any position; or
the Client, or a third party acting on the Client's behalf, interviews a Candidate; or
the Client Engages a Candidate in any capacity; or
a Candidate begins work for the Client in any capacity; or
the Agency provides any of the Recruitment Services to the Client.
