Parties

      Definitions and interpretation

        Agency Regulations

        1. means the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993, SI 1993/3053;

        Agreement

        1. means the main body of this Agreement, its schedules and appendices, as each may be amended from time to time in accordance with their terms;
