This Agreement is made on [date]
[insert name of Seller] [of [insert address] OR incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number [insert company registration number] whose registered address is at [insert registered office address]] (the 'Seller');
[insert name of Buyer] [of [insert address] OR incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number [insert company registration number] whose registered address is at [insert registered office address]] (the 'Buyer').
In this Agreement the following definitions apply:
the duplicate Offer Notice receipted by the Buyer as set out in Schedule 2;
[insert details], (reference [insert details]) or such other solicitors as the Buyer may notify to the Seller in writing;
the date on which the sale of the Property (or such part of the Property as remains unsold following a Disposal of part of the Property to a third party in accordance with clause 18) to the Buyer actually takes place;
