        This document sets out the Company's policy on the provision of training and study leave for all employees, including the procedures to be followed when requesting courses and study leave[ and financial assistance to support training].

      Eligibility conditions

      1. 2.1

        You are entitled to make an application for time off work for study and training provided you:

        1. 2.1.1

          are an employee of the Company (and not[ a worker or] an agency worker); and

        1. 2.1.2

          have been continuously employed for a period of not less than 26 weeks; and

        1. 2.1.3

          are not:

          1. (a)

            of compulsory school age; or

          1. (b)

            a young person who already has a statutory right to paid time off to undertake study or training; or

          1. (c)

            16–18 years old and already expected to
