      Designated section

        Each employee's workstation is in a designated section, each with its own:

          designated exit points from the building;

        1. 1.1.2

          designated assembly area outside the building;

        1. 1.1.3

          designated [enter title, eg Emergency Marshalls];

        1. 1.1.4

          [enter details, eg fire extinguisher, first aid kit, safety equipment, defibrillator] and other emergency equipment; and

        1. 1.1.5

          notice board, located in the [enter location, eg kitchen areas], containing information about the designated exit points, assembly area, Emergency Marshall, emergency equipment and evacuation procedure applicable to that section.

      1. 1.2

        Regular drills will be conducted to help everyone familiarise themselves with their role and responsibilities to themselves and each other in the event of an emergency. These are important and must be taken seriously.
