    Buyer’s Section 288 Challenge

    1. an application made by or on behalf of the Buyer pursuant to section 288 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 in respect of a Planning Refusal including an application for permission to apply and any appeal to a higher court following a judgment of a lower court;

    Buyer’s Solicitors
