      You will (and will procure that your connected persons, as defined in section 252 of the Companies Act 2006, will also):

        at all times comply with all applicable rules, regulations and codes of conduct of the Company for the time being in force in relation to dealings in shares, debentures or other securities of the Company[ or any associated company];

        not make any public statement or take or omit to take any action which results in (or has a foreseeable risk of resulting in) the disclosure of any price-sensitive information of the Company or any associated company without prior written approval from [the Chairman OR the Head of Legal Affairs];
