The Welsh Government has launched a consultation on the Code of Practice on Access required by section 19 of the Health and Social Care (Quality and Engagement) (Wales) Act 2020 (2020 anaw 1), Statutory Guidance on Representations required by s 15 of 2020 anaw 1 and an update to Service Change Guidance in the NHS. The consultation supports the implementation of the Citizen Voice Body for Health and Social Care from 1 April 2023. The consultation will run from 13 December 2022 until 6 March 2023.
