Law360: In the latest episode in a long running battle over enforcement, a Delaware Federal Judge on 9 August 2018 signed off on Canadian mining company Crystallex International Corporation’s request to seize shares in Citgo Petroleum Corporation, which is owned by a Venezuelan state-run oil company, to block Venezuela from escaping a $US1.2bn arbitration award over a cancelled mining contract.
