Law360, New York: Spain is seeking to annul a €128m arbitral award issued by an International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) tribunal to two foreign companies following a dispute over renewable energy subsidies, taking aim at an arbitrator already on the hot seat in another arbitration for not disclosing an alleged conflict of interest.
