Where there had been noncompliance with disclosure obligations under a Freezing Order the court had granted relief from the sanction sought by the claimant (an unless order) and granted conditional permission for the respondents to continue defence of the claims. The Commercial Court ruled that this order should be revoked, as the earlier order had been obtained where evidence of compliance had misled the court.
