- Looking to the future—the LSB approves the SRA’s rule changes
Risk & Compliance analysis: Over two years after launching its ‘Looking to the Future’ consultation process, the SRA has gained the Legal Services Board (LSB)’s approval to its proposals to rewrite (and rename) the SRA Handbook. The LSB announced on 6 November 2018 that it had approved the SRA’s application to reform its rulebook in full, paving the way for major changes to the ways in which solicitors and firms can practise.
