This consultation sets out the next wave of proposals from the SRA for reform of its Handbook. Areas under consideration include authorisation and practising requirements, enforcement and specialist rules such as the Overseas Rules and rules on financial services. It also covers transitional arrangements for the introduction of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
