Dispute Resolution analysis: The case of Cardiff v Lee (Flowers) highlighted the procedural difficulty with regard to seeking permission to issue writs and warrants for possession, in that particular case of a suspended order for possession. The consultation which opens today and closes on 30 August 2017, seeks responses on the Civil Procedure Rule Committee’s (CPRC) plans for addressing these procedural difficulties and aligning County Court and High Court process.
