HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has published a fact sheet on the court and tribunal hearings service, a new online service that will initially publish hearing lists for courts and tribunals in England and Wales. The service uses the information given by another HMCTS reform programme service, ListAssist, to make hearing lists available to see before visiting the court. Anyone can use the service, which is available on the GOV.UK site. The service aims to publish civil and family, and single justice procedure lists by the end of 2022.
